个人简介
王一涵,副教授,博士生导师。2018年6月毕业于哈尔滨医科大学博士学位,同年留校参加工作。2018年-2021年在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院博士后流动站完成博士后工作。任职至今,承担《大数据技术》、《生物医学大数据技术》、《组合数学与图论》等课程的本科生教学工作,年均168学时。参与在线课程《基于生命组学的生物信息学》的搭建。参与黑龙江省教育科学“十四五”规划重点课题2项。指导学生获得2021年全国大学生数学建模竞赛黑龙江赛区一等奖1项,获得2021年东北三省数学建模联赛二等奖1项。主要研究方向包括从转录组、表观组层面剖析癌症的发病机制以及肿瘤微环境对瘤内异质性的影响,筛选癌症诊断、治疗及预后的生物标记物。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,黑龙江省博士后科研启动金项目1项,校创新基金1项。近年来在《Theranostics》、《ScientificReports》及《PeerJ》等杂志发表SCI论文19篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI论文4篇,影响因子大于10的1篇。
