   张瑞杰,生物信息科学与技术学院统计遗传学教研室主任,硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为生物信息学与大数据技术结合的自身免疫性疾病病因学研究。多年来,带领统计遗传学课题组一直在进行着类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫疾病的病因学研究并取得了许多重要的科研成果,在国内外重要学术刊物发表研究论文40余篇(10分以上1篇,5分以上6篇;JCR一区3篇.),主要研究成果发表在《Brief Bioinform》(SCI, 影响因子11.62)、《Europe Journal of Human Genetics》(SCI, 影响因子4.58)、《Mediators of Inflammation》(SCI, 影响因子4.76)、《FEBS Journal》(SCI, 影响因子5.54)、《Genomics》(SCI, 影响因子5.7)等学术刊物上。

多年主持与参加国家级科研项目3项,国家自然科学基金一项(2012,主持),国家重点研发计划项目一项(2017,课题骨干),国家重点基础研发计划(973计划)一项(2008,课题骨干)。主持省级项目5项,其中主持省自然科学基金4项,主持省教育厅科学研究项目2项。

主持搭建了相关数据查询与分析平台4个,申请软件著作权2项。

多年共编写教材6部(其中主编2部,副主编2部),其中包括《概率论与信息论基础》(主编)、《医学信息分析方法》(副主编)等。

自建立学院以来一直任生物信息学院首席督导,负责学院教学质量监控、负责学院督导工作安排、负责学院讲课大赛选拔与培训工作,取得显著成效,为学院教学质量保障以及青年教师培养作出重要贡献。
