科研上主要研究方向为统计遗传学方法与生物信息学、系统生物学思想结合的系统遗传学方向方法与应用研究。教研室主持国家级、省级等科研课题10余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金项目6项,黑龙江省自然科学基金4项,厅局级课题7项;近五年发表论文40余篇,其中SCI收录17篇,EI收录4篇。
