宁尚伟教授是哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学院2003年招收的第一届生物信息学专业本科生,2013年获得博士学位并留校工作(导师:李霞教授),在生物信息学领域学习和工作超过20年。宁尚伟教授带领一支超过40人的跨学科青年创新研究团队,团队成员涵盖生物信息、医学、分子生物和计算机等多个医工交叉学科,包括教授2人、研究员1人、副主任医师2人、副教授2人、博士后2人,博士和硕士研究生30余人,在癌症生物信息学研究领域积累了丰富的研究经验。主要研究方向为肿瘤生物信息学算法开发、生物医学大数据挖掘和医学影像人工智能处理等。近年来,一直致力于癌症和免疫衰老的关联研究,开发了多个基于组学大数据解析癌症复杂衰老机制的算法和数据库,在癌症和衰老研究中取得了一系列研究进展。
