个人简介:
教授、博士生导师,黑龙江省高层次人才、省领军人才梯队后备带头人、黑龙江省优青、哈医大星联人才。担任国家自然科学基金(面上、地区、青年项目)评审专家、中国科协科技人才评价专家,中国博士后科学基金评审专家,黑龙江省慢性病管理学会医学影像专业委员会副主委、黑龙江省生物信息学学会副秘书长、中国计算机学会生物信息学专委会委员、中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专委会委员、中国自动化学会智能健康与生物信息专业委员会委员、中国细胞生物学学会功能基因组信息学与系统生物学委员会委员及中国生物信息学学会(筹)重大疾病组学信息学专委会委员。
主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,黑龙江省优秀青年项目、中国博士后特别资助等10余项基金项目;作为骨干参与科技创新2030、“癌症、心血管、呼吸和代谢性疾病研究”国家科技重大专项、“脑科学与类脑研究”重大专项等3项。以第一作者或通讯作者等在《Nucleic Acids Research》IF:19.16)、《Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids》(IF:10.183)、《Oncogene》(IF:9.8)、《Scientific Data》(IF:9.8)等杂志发表SCI论文30余篇。近几年获得全国大学生数学建模优秀指导教师,校级优秀科研工作者、十佳青年岗位能手、优秀教师、五四青年奖章等殊荣。作为主编编写“十三五”规划教材《结构信息学理论与实践》,作为副主编编写全国高等医药教育“十五五”规划教材《信号处理技术》,作为编委参与编写“十三五”全国高等医学院校本科规划教材《医用高等数学》、Springer出版社《Non-codingRNAsInComplexDisease》等多部教材与专著。获黑龙江省高等教育教学成果奖特等奖1项,黑龙江省高校科学技术奖一等奖1项,发明专利4项,软件著作权6项。指导研究生获国家奖学金1项,黑龙江省三好学生等;指导本科生获全美大学生数学建模M奖(一等奖)、全国大学生数学建模竞赛国家级二等奖、省级一等奖、二等奖多项。
